Stone Crest Community will
be set for the Mediterranean style house plans.
All
house plans will be a single level floor
plan, except for those homes that will be
built with an unfinished basement.

Whitmore
 A single-level home with
large gathering spaces at
its core. The front
porch opening is
supported by two bold
columns. Exterior siding
with rock highlights and nostalgic shutters
accent several multipaned
windows facing the street.
From the entry, arched
openings lead into the
dining room on the right and
the master suite on the
left.

Monterrey
 Beautiful
on the outside, beautiful and functional on
the inside, best describes this design.
Large rooms and plenty of closet space are
highlights of this plan, and the
spaciousness is further enhanced by open
planning and volume ceilings. The lovely
